Bone loss runs deep in my family, and like so many women, I was shocked to learn I had osteopenia myself. On top of my own journey with autoimmunity (Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, alopecia areata, and Raynaud’s disease), I realized just how overlooked bone health is in traditional healthcare. Too often, women are told their scans are “normal for their age” or that fractures are an inevitable part of getting older. I refuse to believe that.
Through my own research and training, I discovered how powerful nutritional therapy and foundational lifestyle shifts can be in supporting bone strength.
